This may help you appreciate the hand made manufacturing process.

Aluminum castings are the foundation of the brackets and housings. The casting process allows molten metal to flow into forms designed into the pattern. The finished casting is a handsome looking part that fabrication cannot match.

The process: A pattern is secured into a metal flask. Sand is rammed into the flask over the pattern. The pattern is then removed leaving a cavity print in the sand. Molten aluminum is poured into the sand mold, once cooled, castings are fettled, manually machined and surface finished by hand. Sub assembly and hardware is all stainless steel.

DoT 58 Kits

100% plug play and bolt on. For a vintage bare bones sled. Looks as if you have nothing but keeping all the functions of the stock bike. Fits the stock fender and lifts the license plate. The DoT 58mm LED lamp is ferociously bright. E marked for European road use and D.O.T marked for the US of A.

It is compatible with 8mm and 10mm turn signals.

Scrambler 900 Fender Eliminator

This kit snugs the Lucas tail light and signals right beneath the seat. A handsome aluminum bracket supports the light, turn signals and license plate. It uses a classic LED Lucas tail light which was the light of choice for desert sleds. 2 LED Lucas variants and the LED Miller Stop light are optional. Add a quick connect harness to make it 100% plug play bolt on kit.

The LED red lens light is E marked for European market. Kits are offered with 8mm,10mm signals. It is also offered with just the signal mounts for 8mm,10mm and OEM Triumph signals that you can supply.

Tail Tidy License plate lift Kit

100% plug play bolt on kit using the iconic Lucas 525 tail lamp. 2 LED variant lamps are optional. Bolt on fit to stock fender. Simplistic classic style eliminating the clutter, without losing any functions of the stock bike. Cast aluminum lamp housing is available 4 finishes. Black, fine Texture black (as engine cases), Polished and Vintage raw aluminum. License plate is secured at 60 degrees. Compliant to European regulations.

Turn signals can remain in the stock location or moved elsewhere.

Custom Seat Fender Eliminator

This kit is only compatible with seats that fit above the frame tubing. It is specifically designed to fit the light snug under the seat. The extended rearward position of the bracket offers similar protection as the fender. Add a quick connect harness to make it 100% plug play.

The kit uses Lucas style lights and is offered with 8 and 10mm turn signals or the option of 8,10mm and Triumph OEM signal mounts.
